K&M Enterprises Holdings is a private investment company focused on acquiring, operating, and growing profitable lower middle-market businesses and commercial real estate. We pursue long-term ownership through disciplined acquisitions, operational excellence, and responsible stewardship.

K&M is currently in its acquisition phase, building relationships with lenders, brokers, and business owners as we pursue our first acquisitions. We are structured as a long-term holder, not a short-cycle buyer — our orientation is toward companies we intend to own, operate, and improve for years, in partnership with the people already inside them.
